The plaintiff extended a loan of KRW 20 million to the defendant A on September 18, 1996, with the interest rate of KRW 5% per annum and KRW 18% per annum, respectively, in full view of the purport of the whole pleadings in the statement in the evidence Nos. 1 through 5, or in full view of the purport of the arguments No. 1 through 5. The defendant B guaranteed the above loan obligation, and the fact that there remains KRW 21,488,276 for delay damages out of the above loan, respectively, can be acknowledged. Thus, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the plaintiff KRW 21,48,276.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
