1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 7,488,749,308 and the amount of KRW 3,415,576,425 from September 25, 2010 to the date of full payment.

On October 2, 2006, the Plaintiff loaned 15 billion won housing by setting the interest rate of 8.27% per annum (18% per annum) to the Ilsung Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Japan Construction”), and the Defendant has jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations to the Plaintiff of Il Ilsung Construction; as of September 24, 2010, the Defendant has jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations to the Plaintiff of Il Ilsung Construction; as of September 24, 2010, the principal amount of KRW 3,415,576,425 and the accrued interest of KRW 4,073,172,83,749,308 remains at the rate of KRW 7,488,749,308; and as a joint and several surety, the Defendant is jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff damages at the rate of 3,415,576,425% per annum from September 28, 2015.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
