[2] Criminal facts / [criminal records] Defendant is sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daejeon District Court on March 13, 2001; two years from imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; two years from the Daejeon High Court on October 31, 2003; three years from imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daejeon District Court on July 12, 2006; three years from the same court on July 22, 2009; two years from imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and one year and two months from imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daejeon District Court on September 7, 2017; and one year and one year and one month from the Daejeon District Court on November 7, 2018, respectively.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 02:09 on May 17, 2019, the Defendant habitually stolen the property worth KRW 10,376,90 in total over ten times from May 15, 2019 to the 23th of the same month, including: (a) opening a door-to-face Darp vehicle owned by the victim C; (b) cash (one hundred won per 12 won per 500 won per 12 won per 100 won per 100 won per 100 won per 100 won per 5,806,90 won per 5,000 won per 1,00 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 1,000 won per 1, but was attempted to steals, but was habitually stolen; and (c) theft of the property equivalent to KRW 10,376,900.
