Punishment of the crime

At around 21:40 on October 4, 2014, the Defendant driven a section of approximately 2 km with the volume of B rocketing car at the bottom of “the high-priced level of an inland expressway” located in the Gyeonggi-gu Mancheon-gu Mancheon-gu Mancheon-do from the “Hanan Hanan-gu Manan-do” to the ground of “the high-priced level of an inland expressway” located in the Gyeonggi-gu Manan-gu Manan-do.
