A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 19:00 on October 19, 2013, the Defendant granted approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs-related cambanes (hereinafter “cambphones”) to D without compensation, at the office of Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, 509.

B. The Defendant administered narcotics by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a disposable injection machine at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), mixing water, and then injecting them into one’s own embrogate.

C. On April 12, 2014, at around 15:00, the Defendant set up and set a math-car in front of the Faling Chapter in Kimhae-si, and administered narcotics, etc. in a way that 0.03g philophones are delivered to coffee.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. On September 22, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant issued to G, free of charge, the amount of marijuana that can be smoked once to G, and received and delivered marijuana.

B. On April 13, 2014, at around 20:0, the Defendant set up and set a math car in front of the International University Ha, Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, and thereafter smoked marijuana in a manner that cuts off the math of tobacco in the Republic of Korea by cutting off the math of tobacco in the Republic of Korea and inserting it into the math of marijuana in that manner.

C. On April 15, 2014, around 18:00, the Defendant kept 0.71g of marijuana leaves in a bank set up in front of the KMW vehicle located in theJ of Kimhae-si, and carried marijuana.
