Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspension of the execution on March 21, 2015 by the Cheongju District Court for violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes.

1. Around January 17, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influence in public places) was intruded into the public places of the first floor, female public toilets, etc., of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building, with an intent to satisfy the sexual desire by photographing women who are melted in public toilets.

In addition, from that time until September 25, 2014, the Defendant intruded into public places with a total of 19 times to satisfy sexual humiliations, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. Around January 17, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Ameras, etc. of Sexual Crimes) taken visual images against his/her will, around 21:47, in the front section of women’s public toilets in the 1st floor of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu, with his/her upper part of the front section of women’s public toilets, and the front section of the victim’s embaras, who sees the front section of his/her front section, was off from his/her upper part of the front section, using a smartphone camera

From that time until September 25, 2014, the Defendant taken videos against the victims’ will in total at least 25 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.
