Punishment of the crime

On March 3, 2015, around 14:30, the Defendant driven a galle vehicle with a distance of about 10 meters from the distance of 0.093% in blood alcohol content, while under the influence of alcohol 0.093%, the Defendant driven a galle vehicle in front of Sasidong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul, where it is impossible to find out the trade name near the new situation of the new region of the Republic of Korea.
