1. The Defendant’s KRW 120,671,950 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from March 24, 2015 to July 20, 2015 for the Plaintiff.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, the portion in excess shall be recognized only as being 20% per annum from the day after the date of service of the duplicate of the complaint in this case until September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
