The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is a person who entered into a real estate exchange contract with the victim B (74 years, women).

On November 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent real estate exchange contract documents before the opening of the office of the victims of the Namdong-gu, Incheon, Namdong-gu C and the third floor of Seoul, and (b) asked the victim to recover again when he/she is married in his/her house, and he/she is ageed.

However, the defendant does not respond to it, and continues to walk the door, and open the door, and "the death of the inside of the door" shall be discarded.

“The victim,” and, as in the absence of the present door, threatened the victim, as in what danger would be done.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 283 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. On February 19, 2016, after the institution of the instant indictment, the victim B submitted a written withdrawal of the complaint against the Defendant.
