[2] On September 3, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a fine of 300,000 won for the following reasons: (a) on September 22, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for four years; and (b) on November 11, 2015, on July 10, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least ten months for intrusion of structures at night from the Suwon Fag prison to the Gagng prison on July 10, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence from the Gagng prison on September 10, 201 to the total of five times.

A. On February 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) was not corrected at around 04:30 on February 5, 2017, and opened and intruded a bendy window after having not been corrected at around 04:30, Suwon-si C 101, and then used the gaps where the victim D (V, 43 years old) was locked, and owned the victim’s market value at the inside and outside of the said space at KRW 100,000,000,000,000 won and KRW 40,000,000 in cash and KRW 5,000,000,000 in total, and owned the victim’s property at KRW 284,80,000,000 or 80,000,000 in total, together with the victim’s attempted stolen property from January 14 to February 6, 2017.
B. On February 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license from 05:25 to 22:55 on February 6, 2017, and operated an irregular street from 342:0 to 342:0,000 to 342:0 of the amendment of the Sinnam-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
2. The Defendant, around January 31, 2017, at around 02:57, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into a window installed behind the building operated by the victim G in the Northern-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si on January 31, 2017; and (b) opened and intruded into a window installed behind the building; and (c) opened and intruded into a computer with approximately KRW 400,000 at the market price owned by the victim in the calculation unit.
