1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from January 20, 2010 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, it is recognized that the plaintiff loaned 30 million won to the defendant on December 24, 2009 at interest rate of 24% per annum (24% per annum), the 20th day of each month from the date of payment of interest, and the 3 months after the date of payment from the date of the loan. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 30 million won with interest rate of 24% per annum from January 20, 2010 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified within the above scope of recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
