1. As to an accident listed in the attached Table 1 list, the plaintiff is against the defendant based on the insurance contract listed in the attached Table 2 list.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On August 19, 2005, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded an insurance contract (five years of insurance period of cancer surgery expenses, ten million won of insurance amount) with the same content as indicated in the attached Table 1 list (hereinafter “the instant insurance”) (hereinafter “the instant insurance”), and renewed the special agreement on cancer surgery expenses on August 19, 2010.

However, it does not include diseases falling under the term of mregal disease or C44.

(c) However, if it is not possible to conduct the above-mentioned pathological diagnosis, clinical diagnosis of cancer and other skin cancer is admitted as evidence of cancer and other skin cancer.

4. (Definition and Diagnosis Confirmation of Boundary Species) (1) The term "recognity of boundary in this contract" means the disease (see Attached Table 8 Action Forms or the Non-Formal Organism Classification) classified as an unidentified or non-new Organisms in the Fourth Korean Standard Disease Classification.
