Of the facts charged in the instant case, assault against the victim B on January 7, 2020.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 7, 2020, the Defendant continued assault around 09:30 on January 7, 2020, at the house of B (the male, 53 years old) and the mother of the injured Party E (the mother, 51 years old), who is the parent of the Defendant in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu C apartment D, and on the ground that her mother has drinking and delayed drinking, and her mother has talked with the wife where her is living separately, and her mother has her head, and her head was collected from the victim E.
