Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 11, 2014, at around 22:05, the injured Defendant: (a) brought about a dispute with the victim E (the age of 52) facing the Defendant’s injury in the stairs of “Dnoby club” located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) brought about the victim’s injury, such as cutting off the body of the victim, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant committed assault against the Victim F by assaulting the Victim F, such as taking a breathous bath at the above date, time, place, and so on, the Victim F (the 55 years old) committed assaulting the Victim F (the 55 years old), with the Victim F (the her head)’s hand, leading the Victim F to 2 meters of her head, leading the Victim’s her head on several occasions.

3. The Defendant committed assault against the victim G (the age of 37) who committed assault on the said date, time, and place at the said time and place, expressed that “I am flasium, spath, and her woman pets,” and assaulted the victim, such as not flabing the victim’s left inside part with his left hand.

4.
