A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Northern District Court on April 6, 2018, and one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Northern District Court on November 17, 2019.

1. On November 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of duties and assaulted the victim C’s drinking at D main points operated by the victim C in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) refused the victim’s drinking on the ground that the victim was almost past the business hours; (c) obstructed the victim’s drinking; (d) obstructed the victim’s drinking; and (d) obstructed the victim’s drinking by exposing the strokes of the other customers; and (e) obstructed the victim’s strokes by exposing the strokes of the other customers; and (e) obstructed the victim’s strokes by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business and assaulted the victim by force.

2. On November 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 02:30 on November 28, 2019, was living in front of a G cafeteria operated by the victim F in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) opened an unlocked door and intrude into the inside; and (c) stolen the property of the victim by taking out 1 week, chichi, etc. in the coolant and chi, etc. in the cooling.

On April 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30 on April 4, 2020, at the I fishing place located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) around 220,000 won in the market value of the victim, which is the victim’s possession of a locking place to provide meals, brought about one of the fishing times of KRW 220,00,00 in his/her hand, which is the victim’s possession; and (c) did not go through an attempted attempt.
