1. At the same time, the Defendant received KRW 1,812,850 from the Plaintiff, and each real estate listed in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 23, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) prepared, in sequence, the drawings 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 on the part inside the line of “A” in the attached Form 33 square meters (33 square meters prior to the division, i.e., the real estate in the attached Table 1; hereinafter the same shall apply) among the land of 429 square meters (33 square meters prior to the division, i.e., the 33 square meters prior to the division, i., the real estate in the attached Table 1; hereinafter the same shall apply) from the Defendant, in order of 5, 6, 7, and 5 square meters of the part inside line “B” (16 square meters prior to the division, i.e., the attached Table 2; hereinafter the same shall apply) and part of each of the instant real estate recorded in the attached list, which were the same as the instant agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the instant agreement”).
1.F shall divide and deliver to the Plaintiff the parts (C) in the form of the present situation in accordance with the annexed drawing.
2. The defendant shall divide the part (b) of the current state and the part (a) necessary for the plaintiff's access roads corresponding to the separate drawing and deliver it to the plaintiff.
3. The cost of land division (the cost of the subdivision surveying of the Korea Cadastral Survey and the cost of the modification of the civil engineering design) shall be borne by the plaintiff.
4. The Plaintiff shall remove the fences located within the boundary of the H north-dong of Gangnam-si within one week, and shall transplant trees living within the boundary of the said boundary out of the land at the same time. If the seller does not perform his/her duties, the Plaintiff will not raise any civil or criminal objection against the seller’s voluntary disposition.
5. The plaintiff will remove the trees and fluor within one week after planting the trees and fluor on the access road to Gangseo-si City. If the plaintiff does not perform this, he will not raise any objection against the defendant's voluntary disposition.

9. This contract constitutes a conditional contract under mutual agreement, and thus, the condition at which the seller and the Plaintiff would serve as the terms and conditions of this agreement.
