Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above penalties shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2016, A was sentenced to 4 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of forging private documents at the Busan District Court and 1 year of suspended execution on May 26, 2016, and Defendant B was sentenced to 2 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of forging private documents at the Busan District Court on May 18, 2016 and sentenced to 1 year of suspended execution on May 26, 2016.

1. On January 11, 2016, Defendant A appeared as a witness of the above court of Busan District Court No. 453, the Busan District Court of Law No. 453, which was located in 31 as the Busan District Court, and was notified of the right to refuse to testify and took an oath.
