1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above punishment shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B and A’s F, Defendant B, and Defendant B, along with F, intended to play a “ware” role in line with each special siren and preparing special sirens, and Defendant B and F purchased a string card and special sirens through the Internet website on June 2013, by using a wooden card with which the card content can be known through a special sirens. Defendant B and C agreed to play a “warehouse” role in providing the said Hwits as gambling place, and preparing a special sirens, and Defendant B and F purchased a string card and special sirens from flags through the Internet website.

Accordingly, on July 2013, 2013, Defendant A and F, while gambling with the victim I, J, K, L, M and Ma, Defendant B, using a wood card prepared by Defendant B in advance, seeed the victim’s plaque, and then, he saw the victim’s plaque. If the other party’s plaque is favorable, he saw the victim’s plaque by means of additional betting and raising money. If the other party’s plaque is favorable, he ambling, and then he received approximately KRW 10 million in total from the victims. As indicated in the attached crime list of crimes No. 2, Defendant B and A, in collusion with F, received KRW 40 million from the victims by means of the above four times in total.

2. On December 5, 2013, in collusion with F, Defendant A’s F and the defrauded were engaged in gambling together with the Victim E in a scambro 404, Jinsung-gun Nudio 404, and, as described in paragraph (1), Defendant A scam in a way of betting with a pipe of the victim’s scam in each eye with a horse card and a special siren, and scam in each eye with a pipe of the victim’s scam, and then, Defendant A scam in a way of betting, and then acquired approximately KRW 15 million from the victim’s number of unscam.
