Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts shall induce, induce, or compel the commercial sex acts to engage in;

Nevertheless, from November 201 to February 4, 2018, the Defendant employed women engaged in sexual traffic (n, 21 years of age), G (n, 22 years of age), and H (n, 40 years of age) as advertisements of sexual traffic business establishments published on the I’s website, with a charge of KRW 150,000 for 60 to a large number of unspecified men who promised by telephone, from November 201 to February 4, 2018, the Defendant decided to distribute the profits of the sexual traffic business women employed at the rate of KRW 150,00 and Defendant 5 of sexual traffic, and let them engage in sexual intercourse by guiding the other party to sexual traffic to the sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic, shall place an advertisement on any business place in which such acts are conducted, such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic;

Nevertheless, from November 201 to February 4, 2018, the Defendant paid 250,000 won per month to the manager of the “I” website, which is a nationwide sexual traffic brokerage site, to advertise the “J”, which is a sexual traffic business establishment, and opened and managed the “J” business establishment. The Defendant posted the “A 60/150,000, B 90/2400, C 120/30,000, and C 120/30,000, and the body pictures of female employees, which are charges for each sexual traffic course.

In this respect, the defendant advertised the business places that are conducted by sexual traffic mediation.
