Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2017, around 23:23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) expressed a desire to “to have a bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, and bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and assaulted the Defendant at least once on several occasions in the front way of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties concerning the handling of 112 reports by police officers.
