Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The name of the Defendant’s patented invention (No. 1 and No. 2 No. 1): D’s “digit unitr” is an input device used to input design drawings or diagrams in a digital format in a computer by reading a coordinate, which is an Arabic data of the original input of the input unit, into a computer.
