1. The Defendant’s KRW 99,800,000 as well as its annual 6% from December 2, 2013 to August 10, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

As the provisions governing statutory interest rates in the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, a judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act) recognizes only 20% per annum from the day following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the following day to the day of complete payment, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
