A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from April 2017 to 30 years, is a person who is operating a breeding business under the trade name of “D” in the same city from around April 2017.

On May 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was supplied with Sariland by the KAF and raised it, and (b) entered into a contract for the raising of Sariland with the KAF to the KAF; (c) in order to secure the Defendant’s obligation to pay Sari and feed fees to the KAF, the Defendant insidely held ownership of the above Sariland in order to secure the Defendant’s obligation to ship Sari and to the KAF; (d) entered into a transfer agreement with the KAF on May 12, 2017 with the effect that the KAF would have ownership of the above Sariland; and (e) he was supplied with Sariland 70,040 by Sariland F with the KAF on May 12, 2017.

In the meantime, from June 18, 2017 to the above farm, contagious an infectious disease, such as gold typhism, cruposis, infectious anovirosis, Marocflasmosis, and Marocflasm disease, has occurred. From that point to July 9, 2017, approximately 8,917 mari, which was part of the above earth and chickens raised by the defendant during the period from that point, to July 9, 2017, was abandoned due to an infectious disease.
