A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was living together with the victim C from around May 2006 to May 12, 2015 and was de facto in a de facto marital relationship.

1. Special intimidation and damage to property;

A. On January 28, 2015, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) allowed the victim to drink the restaurant opening in the E-cafeteria operated by the victim C (at the age of 47) of the Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) but, on the ground of the victim’s refusal, the victim allowed the victim to drink the beer’s disease on his/her table; and (c) putting the shoulder beer’s disease, which is a dangerous object, into his/her hand, and her hand, frighted the victim with the victim “I am dead as to whether he/she was fluord around his/her mouth, I will grow up with the victim’s market share inside the city owned by the victim.”

The defendant, carrying dangerous things, threatened the victim, and damaged the property owned by the victim.

B. On September 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:30 on September 22, 2015, at the H restaurant run by the said C and the victim G (the age of 47) (hereinafter referred to as the “C”), asked C about the relationship with the victim; and (b) took a bath, etc.; (c) the victim, who was on the side, she called “I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am solemnly, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
