Punishment of the crime

[2019 order 232] The defendant and the victim B (the age of 54) are married with a de facto marital relationship.

On February 7, 2019, at around 00:25, the Defendant: (a) laid the beer’s disease, which is a dangerous object, within the “D” restaurant located in Gyeongcheon-si Kimcheon-si C without any particular reason, as the head of the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried an empty beer, which is a dangerous thing, and inflicted an injury on the victim.

[2019 Highest 645] On May 17, 2019, the Defendant took a bath to the victim I (year 52) who did drinking in front of the 'H' common sense of “H located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si,” and took a bath for the victim I (year 52) who did so without any particular reason, and committed assault against the victim by neglecting the victim’s breabbbage to the floor.
