1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,297,735 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 31, 2013 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. From November 8, 2010 to October 16, 2013, the Plaintiff provided the Defendant with labor, such as accounting, under employment by the Defendant.

B. The Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 34,297,735, out of the benefits and retirement allowances from May 2012 to October 2013 without justifiable grounds.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 34,297,735 won in total and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under Article 37 of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the Labor Standards Act from October 31, 2013 to the date of full payment, after the expiration of 14 days from October 16, 2013, which is the day after the day when the Plaintiff provided labor.
