1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 56,99,340 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 15, 2012 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff retired from office after being employed by the Defendant from April 1, 2010 to November 30, 2012.

B. The Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 36,710,736 for the said period’s wages, KRW 10,698,640 for retirement allowances, and KRW 56,990,340 for other money and valuables.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the total amount of unpaid wages, etc., KRW 56,990,340, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under Article 37 of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the Labor Standards Act from December 15, 2012 to the date of full payment after the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Plaintiff’s last supply of labor.

2. Article 208(3)2 and the main sentence of Article 150(3) and the main sentence of Article 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which applies to Acts and subordinate statutes;
