1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties, A, and C were the insurance solicitors of the Defendant Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Fire”), and the employees of the trustee company entrusted with the work to dispatch the site from the Defendant Samsung Fire to the traffic accident scene, and Eul worked as the employees of the Defendant Samsung Fire Investigation Team.

B. Defendant C’s statement to the Plaintiffs and investigation agency 1) The Defendant D’s statement that “The Plaintiff-friendly job F, while driving a G vehicle on the new wall on March 11, 2012, did not board the said vehicle in relation to the traffic accident that occurred from the access road to H apartment at the Gongju City (hereinafter “instant accident”) while driving the G vehicle on March 11, 2012, the Plaintiff B did not board the said vehicle, and only the Plaintiff A was on board, but did not handle the accident as if he was on board the vehicle with the Plaintiff.” (hereinafter “instant report”).
