Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant forced victims to commit indecent acts.

Summary of Evidence

1. Partial statement of the defendant;

1. The witness D and E’s respective legal statements (the defendant and his defense counsel asserted to the effect that they did not intentionally commit an indecent act against the victims even though they could have contacted the victims while they were enjoyed between the victims at the time.

However, in light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by this court, i.e., ① the victims’ witness D and E’s statements are consistent in important parts, and their credibility is recognized by mutual consent between the victims; ② the Defendant asserted that he was sacrifies for himself, but there was a separate room for the victims, and the Defendant also had a separate room for sacrifies, it is difficult for the Defendant and the victims to find a reasonable reason to jointly sleep between the victims in the case of the Defendant and the victims, and rather, the victims want to be placed on the part of the victims.
