Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Customs Act (illegal import) shall file an import declaration without meeting requirements for permission, approval, recommendation, certification, or other conditions necessary for import pursuant to Acts and subordinate statutes or by meeting such requirements and conditions by illegal means in filing an import declaration of goods;

Nevertheless, on November 27, 2013, the Defendant filed an import declaration with the customs office of Incheon Airport on an import declaration number B, and obtained permission, etc. from the Switzerland master master, a department specialized in the Switzerland Group, for import, from related agencies under the Cosmetics Act and the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act. Nevertheless, the Defendant was unlawfully exempted from the import declaration on the goods worth KRW 12,52,437 for the total cost of goods 87 times as shown in attached Table 1 of the List of Offenses Act from around that time to November 2, 2015.

2. No person who violates the Customs Act (illegal reduction or exemption) shall be granted the reduction or exemption of customs duties by improper means;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the Incheon Airport Customs Office on November 27, 2013, imported goods from Korea to foreign countries with a customs value of less than 1.50,000 won. However, customs duties were imposed on commercial goods. However, even if the goods were to be sold via importation declaration, the Defendant was unlawfully reduced or exempted from customs duties of KRW 8,107 to be imposed on the goods in actual use while filing an import declaration for the purpose of self-use of the Switzerland company's cosmetics, which is a pharmaceutical company specialized in the Switzerland Group's department department in the Switzerland Group, for the purpose of self-use, and received a reduction of or exemption from customs duties of KRW 12,359,026 on the goods in total over 87 times from that time to November 2, 2015, as shown in Table 2 of the List of Crimes attached hereto.
