A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2018, the Defendant introduced L as “K” by the InternetJ for the purpose of drawing money, and introduced L as “K” to himself/herself, along with L on September 2018, 2018, N, which introduced L as “M”, along with Lmannman, was living in a single and a single-time telecomtonel, L and N, who had contacted with L and N, sells games, etc. on the Internet O website, and provided counseling as if they were to sell the said goods, and if the buyer remitted the money to the Defendant’s account, the Defendant intended to withdraw the said money in cash and commit an Internet goods fraud.

The Defendant, along with L and N, posted a letter on September 21, 2018, at a Moel where the name of the Changwon-si cannot be known, around September 21, 2018, and N false statement on the Internet O website that “The sales of flass4 Process Game” was “D will send money when sending money to the victim D who reported the above letter as if he had sold the said game machine.”

However, even if the defendant, L, or N received money from the victim, there was no intention or ability to sell the game machine.

Defendant, L, and N received 380,000,000 won from the victim to the Defendant’s P bank account on the same day, and the Defendant withdrawn the said money in cash from the cash withdrawal at the convenience store near the above telecom, as shown in the separate crime list from September 10, 2018 to September 16, 2018, and received 7,118,000 won in total from 28 victims by the same method as shown in the separate crime list.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving victims in collusion with L/N.
