1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. On January 6, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driven an E rocketing car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.137% from the public parking lot of the original apartment that is linked at Jeju to D in the same city to D in the front road in the same city C.

B. On January 6, 2017, at around 01:13, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.137% in the blood on the front of the D road located in Jeju Island; and (b) was controlled by the police, the Defendant was driving the said car to the place where the alcohol level was controlled by telephone call to friendly B on the same day.

By requesting the investigative agency to make a statement, B made a false statement.

Thus, B shall be the same month.

7. Around 14:31, at Jeju Island, the Jeju East Police Station guard in the Dongdong-ro, and the slope G belonging to the said police station that is investigating the above drinking driving case at F offices, made a false statement to the effect that “The said rocketing car was driven by the said B around 00:00 on January 6, 2017.”

As a result, the defendant instigated the above B to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. On January 7, 2017, Defendant B made a false statement to the effect that “A himself/herself driven the said rocketing car at around 00:00 on January 6, 2017, without driving the said rocketing car at the police station guard of the Jeju East-dong Police Station located in the same mine area and a slope G belonging to the said police station who is investigating the said drinking driving at the F Office, he/she made a false statement to the effect that “A has not driven the said rocketing car at around 0:00 and has not driven the drinking.”

Accordingly, the defendant, who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment, was allowed to escape.
