1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) KRW 43,890,000 as well as 5% per annum from October 31, 2017 to September 12, 2018; and

1. Basic facts

A. On November 5, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Co-Defendant C Co., Ltd. and the lease deposit amounting to KRW 30 million (including KRW 30 million, monthly rent of KRW 6,270,00, monthly rent of KRW 6,270,00 (including KRW 2,500,000 for monthly rent of KRW 3,20,000 for real estate indicated in paragraph (2) of the above list of KRW 2 of the above list of KRW 3,200,00 for real estate indicated in paragraph (2) of the above list of KRW 2,50,000 for the rent of KRW 3,20,00 for the rent of KRW 2,50 for the rent of KRW 2,50,00 for the rent of KRW 3,00 for the rent of real estate indicated in paragraph (2) of the above list of KRW 10,00 for the rent of KRW 10 through 31,215 (hereinafter referred to as “the lease”).

B. On July 26, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with the Joint Defendant Co., Ltd. and the lease deposit amounting to KRW 40,000,00, monthly rent of KRW 4,400,00 (including additional tax), and KRW 4,400,000 (including additional tax), from August 1, 2016 to July 31, 2018 (hereinafter “24 months”) with respect to the portion of 675 square meters in the ship (B) connected each point in sequence among the buildings on the one-story reinforced concrete of the ground and the light-scale steel framed roof building on the land, which are owned by the Plaintiff.

C. The defendant is the guarantor of the first and second lease contract of this case.

On the other hand, on September 22, 2017, the Plaintiff sent to the co-defendant C a certificate of the purport that the payment of rent would be terminated when the co-defendant C continued to delay the payment of rent and the co-defendant C’s delay. At that time, the Plaintiff was served to the co-defendants.

(e) As of April 30, 2018, Co-Defendant C Co., Ltd., Ltd., a total of KRW 43,890,000 [including value added tax] x 6,270,000.
