1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000;

Punishment of the crime

On July 31, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a motor vehicle, driven B Coison freight at a section of about 100 meters from the front side of the Tea Complex located in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju to the front side of the high school in the same transmission route.
