A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 28, 201, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s Handbags in the New World Department Store “B” Handbags stores located in New-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-gu, by taking advantage of the gaps where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (b) one handbags equivalent to KRW 219,000 in the market price managed by the victim on the display stand; and (c) stolen the victim’s handbags.

2. At around 15:43 of the same day as Paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim E’s crepit in a “D” clothing store in a household room with three copies of 100,000 won in the market price managed by the victim E by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance of the victim E; and (b) cut off the victim.

3. On November 8, 2012, around 11:40 on November 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim G’s crehion store, using the gap in which the victim G’s surveillance was neglected; (b) 198,00 won in the market price managed by the victim’s crehion; and (c) 1,000 won

4. On December 9, 2012, around 15:55, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s crehment store at the New World Department Store “H” clothes store by taking advantage of the gap in which the victim’s I’s surveillance was neglected; (b) 239,000 won in the market price managed by the victim.

5. On March 27, 2013, the Defendant stolen 149,000 won of the market price managed by the victim K using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim K was neglected at the New World Department Store “J” store.

6. The Defendant, at the time and time set forth in paragraph 5, stolen the victim’s M by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected at the “LL” garment store, with one yellow pocketet equivalent to KRW 329,000 in the market price managed by the victim who was on the display stand.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the total market value of 1,234,00 won through a total of six times.
