A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of 8 months for special larceny at the Busan District Court and Busan District Court, on June 10, 201, for a special larceny, etc. on July 13, 201, for a year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court and Busan District Court; five months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on October 24, 2013; and one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court and the Busan District Court on March 19, 201.

In addition, on June 17, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and one year and six months for habitual intrusion theft, etc. at the Busan District Court, and on April 6, 2017, the execution of the sentence was terminated in the third intersection of the North Korean branch of the North Korean branch.

In addition, the Defendant stolen the total amount of 31,426,50 won of precious metals, etc. owned by the victims on six occasions from April 14, 2017 to April 25, 2017, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, etc., and again stolen the victims' articles within three years after the execution of the last imprisonment was completed.
