A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 16:30 on October 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) viewed the blocking of the supply of urban gas by charge in front of the Dgate located in Heak-gu, Cheongju-si; (b) laid off the victim E (28 years of age) working as an employee at the above Center; and (c) cut off the hand hand hand hand hand (34 cm in length) which is a dangerous object prepared in advance to the victim F (31 years of age) and discarded the gas, “I am dead and die of our gas, and throw away the gas. I am back to the victims.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous article, and threatened victims.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1), asked the Defendant’s address, etc. to the victim E (the age of 28) by asking the Defendant’s address, etc.

The Defendant carried a son who is a dangerous thing and assaults the victim.

3. The Defendant used fingers, which are dangerous objects prepared in advance for the foregoing reasons at the time, time and place specified in paragraph 1, and damaged the victim’s fingerprint-type access security devices by attaching an access security devices equivalent to KRW 750,000 at the market price owned by the victim.

4. On October 23, 2014, from around 16:30 to 17:10 on the same day, the Defendant took a bath by: (a) stating that “the death of urban gas shots” is discarded; (b) displaying handbags; and (c) attaching the entry security devices; and (d) preventing employees of the victim D from working normally, thereby obstructing the victim’s duties by force.
