A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Basic Facts] On 199, the Defendant graduated from a middle school located in Chuncheon City around 199, and entered the department B of the Chuncheon Machinery Industry High School on around 2000. However, on 9.9. of the same year, the Defendant was born with a mind to support job entry by forging the final academic background of the Defendant, who was a graduate of the final academic background, to receive a proposal to employ the position of driving on the Korean Road from C.

[Criminal facts]

1. On May 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) requested the forgery of a high school graduate certificate by D Kakao A, D, D, Kakao Stockholm, which was known through Internet search at an influent place at the Gangnam-si (hereinafter referred to as Gangnam-si), and notified the name, resident registration number, the date of admission, the date of graduation, the date of document issuance, the name of the document issuer, etc. in return for the request to pay 300,000,000 won in return; (b) A, by using a computer at an influence place around that time, received the form of a graduation certificate from the Internet using the Pool-si program, and then verified that D graduated from the course before October 15, 202.

On 10th 05, 2017, stating “10th 05,” the following: (a) written a forged official seal on the Defendant in the name of the principal of the Chuncheon Machinery and Industry High School by affixing a forged official seal on the side of the principal of the school; and (b) sent a forged document file to the Defendant’s e-mail; and (c) the Defendant printed the file transmitted by D as a printer.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a certificate of graduation against the defendant in the name of the principal of Chuncheon Machinery and Industry High School, which is an official document, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with D.

2. On May 13, 2017, the Defendant, at a mutually influent restaurant located in the original city level around the original city level, issued the certificate of forgery to C, who is aware of the forgery, a genuine issuance.
