Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

The Defendant, together with B, purchased each resident registration certificate, such as C and D cans, copies of bankbooks, etc. from those who became aware of the Defendant through Internet search, in the name of C and D, set up the Internet, TV, etc. in the name of C and D, and tried to collect the gift certificates paid by the communications company.

B around July 22, 2014, in order to display a telephone from Cheongju-si E-Ba 301, LG Plus 101, and to make a national bank account in the name of C with the resident registration number F and C as if he/she was C, and to request the Internet line, etc. to install the Internet, TV, and Internet telephone of 101-908,000 won, which was delivered by mail, and then to receive KRW 200,000,000 delivered by mail, and to use the resident registration number of C and D eight times in total from around that time to August 20, 2014 in the following manner:

1. Details of transactions, guidance on estimated amount of harm, and guidance;

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes of the misappropriation statement under the name of the court;

1. Article 37 subparagraph 10 of the relevant Act concerning the facts constituting an offense, Article 37 of the Registration of Residents, and Article 30 of the Criminal Act concerning the selection of punishment;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Code of Aggravation of Concurrent Crimes;
