Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for rape at the Seoul Central District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 8, 2013.

On April 28, 2011, the Defendant received a proposal from a person who was killed in the name of a police officer in order to have his/her business registered under the name of the Defendant, and accepted the proposal, and accordingly, on April 28, 201, the Defendant registered his/her business as a car page with the trade name “E” located under the first floor of the building underground in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building, and had him/her register his/her credit card merchant as a credit card merchant.

No credit card merchant may lend the name of a credit card merchant to another person.

Nevertheless, on July 14, 201, in Seoul, the name-free business owner lent the name of credit card merchant in the name of "E" credit card merchant in the name of "E" in the G entertainment tavern in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to allow executives and employees in the name of "E" trade" to prepare sales slips in the name of "E" in the name of "E", using a credit card submitted in order to calculate the drinking value to the officers and employees in the name of "E" trade", as described below in the list of crimes.

In the end, the Defendant: (a) made a business registration under the name of the “E” in order to support the lending of the name of the credit card merchant as above; and (b) aided and abetted the above crimes committed by the persons in distress of name by facilitating the crime by making an application for business registration, a certified copy of resident registration, a seal imprint, etc. to the persons in distress.
