A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not more than one year and six months in Busan District Court’s Dong Branch, and completed the execution of the said sentence on February 9, 2019.

1. Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim J or L.
