Punishment of the crime
[2017 order 2370]
1. On December 20, 2016, the Defendants: (a) conspired with one male male and one female with influenite name; (b) during the period from around 16:30 on December 20, 2016 to around 17:30 on the same day, the victim FF corporation in Guro-gu operated by Guro-gu, Seoul; (c) Defendant A puts the clothing to be stolen on the shopping shopping mall, put them on the CCTV blind spot in the store; (d) one male and one name influent female and one name influent female, who did not remove the theft prevention house at the store; and (e) went out of the store, the said store was cut out by placing the clothing in a special bank manufactured to prevent theft level; and (e) Defendant B, who was waiting in possession of a glue and a mountain glue, with the clothes and a glue with the combined market price contained in the clothing and a glue with the clothes and a glue, etc., and Defendant B., who used the clothes and the shape.

2. As a result, the Defendants stolen the property owned by the victim in collaboration with the above person without his name.
[2017 Highest 6102] The Defendants conspired with the name influencies, and between 15:00 on March 18, 2017 and 17:50 on the same day, at the “G clothes store operated by the victim FF corporation located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.”
