When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:50 on January 3, 2014, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the BM5 car from around 1km to around 465-30 on the new forest road in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
