Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2015, at around 16:25, the Defendant operated a multi-pact car without a car driver’s license from around approximately 200 meters from the fluoral fluoral site near the celebane of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front road of Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
