A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was between the victim C (V, 28 years old) and the police officer from May 2015 to February 2016.

H. On the 26th day of the same month, the Defendant taken photographs of the victim’s milch spane and panty panty panty by using a cell phone camera at around 23:24,00;

I. The Defendant is off his clothes at the same place on the 27th day of the same month.
