A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the husband of the victim C (a family name, a female, 41 years old) and the husband of the military, and the victim D (a female, 64 years old).

1. On September 14, 2019, the Defendant taken a video image of the victim’s body five times on September 14, 2019, as described in the attached Table Nos. 1 through 5, including taking a video image of the victim’s body, where the Defendant took a hand in the case of the Guro-gu Seoul building and the Defendant’s residence located in the mobile phone camera, and the victim’s body kids, i.e., the body of the victim’s body, as described in the attached Table Nos. 1 through 5, within the scope of the building and the Defendant’s residence located in the mobile phone camera, and the victim’s body kidsked by using the mobile phone camera.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame on five occasions by using a mobile phone camera, against the victim's will.

2. Crimes between September 28, 2019 and September 29 of the same month.

A. A quasi-Rape: (a) on September 28, 2019, from around 23:38 to around 00:35 of the same month, the Defendant laid down a finger in the sexual flag of the wife G G building H, and the victim C (a family name) suffering from diving during the period from around September 28, 2019 to around 0:35 of the same month.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed similar rape by taking advantage of the victim’s mental condition.

B. On September 28, 2019, the Defendant, at the place indicated in the preceding port on September 23:37, 2019, taken pictures of the body of the victim eight times, including taking pictures of the victim’s panty panty, by inserting the panty of the victim locked by using the cell phone camera, and taking pictures of the victim’s panty panty.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mobile phone camera at least eight times against the victim's will.
