Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 29, 2018, at around 14:30 on May 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the D office located in the Case C of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B Building; and (b) received a request from the victim for delivery of money from the victim on the ground that the victim E (58 years of age) would not repay the money; and (c) did not sit at a small wave for about 30 minutes; and (d) did not interfere with the victim with the victim’s traffic, she caused the disturbance, such as “a change, shot, and human garbage.”

Accordingly, the defendant leaves the victim.

It refused to the Gu and interfere with the operation of the victim's certified judicial scrivener office by force.

2. From 15:00 on the same day, defamation and the Defendant discovered the above victim at the “F” coffee shop of the first floor of B building on the same day, and for the foregoing reasons, the Defendant repeatedly told the victim “assumpted with money, find. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts, and openly insulting the victim.

3. The defendant's second refusal to leave and interference with business shall enter the office of the second head of the D office at around 15:30 on the same day, and the above A.

for about 30 minutes in the same manner as described in subsection (1).

4. In front of the elevator of the fifth floor of the above B building on the same day at around 16:07, the Defendant inflicted bodily injury on the part of the victim, taking the floor of the elevator in front of the five floors of the above B building on the following grounds: (a) taking the victim’s back water out of hand, and taking the victim’s face into consideration about four weeks in drinking, and taking the victim’s face into consideration.
