The sentence of a defendant shall be 3,000,000 won.

When a fine is to be paid, it shall be confined in a workhouse for 30 days.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 12, 2017, at the office of the Incheon Line B building C, the Defendant taken up approximately KRW 2 million in cash, which was owned by D, which was kept in the West on his book, 1 driver’s license, 5 credit cards, such as Samsung Card, 4 physical card such as corporate bank C, 1 car card, and 1 carpet card (2.80,000 won per market price).

In around the end of 2017, the Defendant: (a) obtained the agricultural cooperative card and the agricultural cooperative security card, the possession of which was lost; (b) the national card that was lost; (c) the national check that was lost; (d) the national check that was owned by G; (d) the corporate bank cream card that was lost; (e) the corporate bank bank security card that was owned by H; (e) the corporate bank bank card that was stolen; and (e) the corporate bank card that was owned by H; and (e) the company bank card that was stolen; and (e) the company bank card that was the owner’s driver’s license; and (e) returned it to the owner, without taking necessary procedures.

The Defendant embezzled the property that was separated from the possession of the victim D, F, G, H, I, and nameless wounded.
