Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2013, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years and 120 hours of community service in the Daegu District Court for fraud.

1. On July 28, 2011, the Defendant forged a private document: “C, telephone: D, address: 306, Daegu-gu, Seogu, Seogu, Seogu, Daegu-gu: H, creditors: H, I, and address: H, I, and address: The Defendant agreed to repay A’s borrowed land from H by November 11, 201, with an intention to pay KRW 30 million each, on a 30th day of August 30, 201 (by November 30, 201) and agreed to pay KRW 0,000,000 each month, on a 30th day of August 30, 201, B, and each year, B, with an agreement to pay KRW 30,000,000 each, shall be deducted from each year’s name and each year’s name (by November 11, 201).

2. From the end of July 201, the Defendant: (a) delivered a forged statement to the Defendant’s obligee H, who was aware of the forgery at the YJ of Ansan-gu, Gyeonggi-do; and (b) exercised it as if it was a document duly formed.
