For reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court determined that the instant agreement was legally revoked since it was concluded by the Defendant’s declaration of intent that it constitutes the Plaintiff’s act of deception that belongs to D’s agent and the Plaintiff’s act of deception that belongs to D’s agent and the Plaintiff’s act of deception that was concluded by the Defendant, instead of taking over D’s claim against D’s third party, the claim based on D’s Nos. 1 and 2 was extinguished.

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the above determination by the court below is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors in finding facts contrary to logical and empirical rules or in misapprehending the legal principles
